It is a sad fact that violent crime is increasing

An FBI report in 2006 stated that Orlando has
experienced the highest increase in murders in the
state of Florida.
Murder rate has tripled in Orlando from January to
June 2006
comparable to the first half of 2005.
Additionally there has been an increase in number of
rapes, robberies and arson.
Orlando is not alone.
This is part of a trend seen in other parts of the
county.
The days of unlocked doors have gone.
